Data Security:  We take Data security seriously and we expect you do as well.  All of our databases, sign up forms and transmission of data to any party is encrypted.  We do not provide passwords through the internet, so get ready to pick up the phone and receive your password on a call.

Data Modeling: We take a lead list of users that have converted for you from past campaigns and build a look-a-like model by matching your conversions to Experian and Acxiom databases. Common interests are determined across data sets and we build a model with these details.  The model is then applied to all sources of Data that we manage (350 sources) in order to yield an extremely targeted file of leads that we will engage with to drive conversions for your brand.

Data Brokerage: At Data Engagement, we have a number of trusted relationships that look to buy and sell customer files.  

List Management:  We currently manage a number of partner data files.  If you are looking for a List Manager that will build your brand’s presence (with brokers and agencies), while generating supplemental revenue for your organization, please inquire about our List Management Services.

Direct Mail: Through our trusted data relationships, we have partners with expertise in direct mail creative assets (best for conversion rates, etc.) as well as fulfillment houses that manage the printing and mailing of your campaigns.

Data Appends: Our partnerships with Acxiom, Experian, Transunion and other big data companies allow us to match your data file to other data files in an effort to provide data appends (missing data values) to enrich your file.  

Email 3rd Party Data:   One of the toughest challenges today is to mail 3rd party data.  ESPs (email service providers) are making it more difficult than ever to mail a company’s data that has not opt-in to utilizing your sending domain or IP address. This is because the ISP (internet service providers) continue to find ways to minimize spam and marketing messages to consumers that use their service, I.e.: Gmail, Yahoo, etc.  We have implemented a proprietary and sophisticated strategy, allowing us to optimize for the best sending deliverability, open rates, and engagement for partner campaigns.

National Change of Address (NCOA):  Is your data out of date?  Most of our partners utilize this service on a quarterly basis to cleanse their files.  We simply update the existing residential address on file with the latest one from the USPS.

Data Hygiene: Cleansing your data is a top priority of ours.  We believe in good-quality and clean data files.  We run proprietary and standard industry best practices to ensure your files are as clean as they could be, before marketing campaigns begin.

Types of hygiene consist of:

proprietary scripts designed to cleanse the data, i.e.: remove records known as potentially valid records but may contain a first / last name such as: Santa Claus

  • Gender check processes
  • National Change of Address
  • Email Validation
  • Fraudulent check processes

List De-duplication:  Having a lot of data is great – but having unique data is better.  We run a de-duplication process on files allowing us to remove or consolidate appropriate records.  This is completed through a series of rule, for example: a record with the latest profile update date supersedes prior sign ups.
